From time to time, records may need to be recovered from an Android device and sent over to the Standard Co team in order to import into your project. Here are the steps for recovery:

1. Plug your Android into your PC via USB cable

2. On your device, tap 'Charging this device via USB' to go to the Android notification screen

3. Select 'File Transfer' mode

4. On your desktop, go to 'This PC' > tap on your device under the Devices and Drives > open the Internal shared storage > drag the ODK and SDK folders to your computer

5. Right click and zip the folders

6. Email them to jonathan@standardco.de

7. The Standard Co team will import the form submissions into your project and send a summary of the updated record counts
